See and navigate your SysML v2 models

ASysT Rendering is a SysML v2 viewer and layouter that lives in VS Code and your browser. All local. No model modification — only a rendering layer and navigation on top of your files. It reads your .sysml exactly as it is and never writes a single character back into your model.

Free to install · Windows (win32-x64) · your files stay on your machine

What ASysT Rendering can do

Two things — arrange your diagrams, then move through the model.

Arrange

A layout pipeline — placement, spacing, orthogonal connection routing, frames — plus named renderings you save per diagram and reopen exactly as you left them. You compose the picture; the model underneath is never touched.

Navigate

Open a model, drill into any part, walk definitions, usages, states and flows with breadcrumbs and Back/Forward — the whole model, across files, package-first.

How ASysT Rendering does it

Local, read-only, nothing to set up.

🔒Your model is never edited

ASysT reads SysML v2 through a language server and writes only its own sidecar files (renderings, sessions, a manifest) next to your model. Diagrams, layouts, colours — all presentation, all separate from your source.

💻Local, no account, no telemetry

Everything runs on your machine. No sign-up, no cloud upload, no tracking. A licence key — when you want one — is a file you drop in a folder.

⚙️Zero-deploy

File-first: install the extension, open a folder with .sysml files, see diagrams. No server to stand up, no project import ceremony.

Free to start

The full tool is free for personal use, learning and evaluation. Pro removes the size cap and the export watermark.
